One of the reasons I am involved in coaching and personal development is that I truly desire everyone I am connected to succeed in all they do.
One area I am especially passionate about at the moment is health and fitness. I myself have been on a very intense fitness program since October last year. The program has at times been difficult to keep to and there have been lots of opportunites for me to "fall off the wagon". Howerver, I always kept my long term goal in mind: "Be fitter at 60 than at 20". Because of this, my progress has been steady and progressive. Just today I ran 3.21 miles in 30 minutes and afterwards completed my normal weight circuit of 12 machines, lifing a total of over 26,000lbs. Add to this a body weight loss of over 26lbs since the program started; It feels really good to make such progress in just 7 months.
Why am I telling you this?
The main reason is to inspire you to take your next step on whatever dreams and goals you have been putting off going for. I know you can achieve greatness. It is in all of us. Just believe in yourself and take the correct next step. Just deciding to do it will make all the difference.
