Hello,
Let me pose a question:
If our worst fears never happen, are our our biggest dreams closer then we ever dared believe?
You may think this question is quite strange. You may even think I've entered gaga land.
Well nothing is further from the truth. I am very excited about the above, because, if it is true, and I believe it is, then the very thing that prevents our worst nightmares occurring can manifest our wildest dreams.
It works like this, while concentrating on the worst fears, we unconsciously focus on every possible way we can prevent them from happening. Even if we feel very scared, out true self is focused on making the outcome as positive as possible. This is why "facing your fears head on" will often dispel them completely.
Now imagine releasing the power in that process and turning it positively toward your wildest dreams.
Don't just think about it, do it now. Focus on your wildest dreams. Now forget how wild they are. just concentrate on the dream, not on how it could be done. Hold the dream in front of you as solid and real as you can. Well, doing that just put a lot more certainty into them, did it not?
Now you need to match the big dream with action to make them happen. Add action to big thoughts and you get results. Take at least one step toward a dream each time. Pretty soon you will have made amazing progress.
Do this exercise for a week or so and take note of the results. it can really make a difference.
Have a great week
Malcolm
Very good post. We use the same amount of energy to focus on negative thoughts as we do on positive thoughts. It stands to reason therefore that energy is best used focusing on the positive thoughts. That way we can always achieve our wildest dreams.
