Hello,
Almost all the newspapers and TV are shouting it all the time - Scarcity.
Stories about a recession, industry slowdowns, people losing their jobs, auto makers in trouble, falling house prices, etc, etc. Almost everyone is in fear waiting for the worst to happen.
However, the truth in North America is far different.
Breath in. There is a plentiful supply of life giving air.
Turn on a tap. There is a plentiful supply of clean drinking water.
Put on your coat and take a walk. Nature is all around with a plentiful array of wildlife and fauna.
Strike up a conversation with someone, even a stranger. They are ready to talk about a wide range of subjects and give their opinions.
Go to any grocery store. The shelves are full.
Even for the needy, there is a whole network of food cupboards willing to help out, a myriad of charities and church groups ready to assist.
The only thing that is truly wrong is the story we are being told by the media. It completely ignores the above and tells us how bad things are. It is running a negative, destructive process design only to help the media itself. Ignoring the good and focusing on the bad drives mood down, allowing more lies to be passed off as truth.
Have you ever been in a really great mood and came across someone peddling lies? it is a good bet that you will see through them if your mood remains high. The fact is that lies can only be passed off as truth if first the mood is driven down by shock tactics. Thus media headlines such as "Bank failure throws millions into panic" and "Desperation in California housing market fuels steep rise in suicides" are designed to immediately grab attention, not by telling the exact truth, but by using shock to bring mood down.
Once mood is down, subtle changing of the truth can be sold as truth, dropping mood more and allowing more lies to be passed off. Believe me, the media are experts at this. They need to get their audience ready to be sold by the advertisers, who complete the picture by selling you the latest "fix" for the bad feelings you have from the entire "media experience"
So look around and see the real truth. Abundance is all around you. Making more of what is there and getting into action on bold plans for the future will revel the truth very quickly. It may be that you need to get more expert in one or more areas to take advantage of the abundance. So be it. Only driving forward on daring goals will reveal this to you. Hiding from the fact that you are completely responsible for the outcomes in your own life will drive down your mood and make you susceptible to the lies of scarcity being sold by the media. Don't react to them. Just don't believe them. The overall result is up to you.
Have a great week
Malcolm
